The Brand Marketing Coordinator reports to the Manager, Brand Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the implementation of a new digital asset management system and, for the right candidate, support preparations for the 2026 season.
This flexible opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about our experience, has strong familiarity about the scenery along our Canadian routes, is a clear communicator (written and verbal), has a great attention to detail and is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations.
Key Areas of Accountability
Digital Asset Management Support
Assist with the migration and organization of brand assets in our new digital asset management system (DAM) including:
Reviewing and refining AI-generated tags
Naming, labelling, and categorizing assets (photo and video, for all brands)
Organizing folders and ensuring consistency across the library
Ensuring all assets have successfully migrated over
Admin management of users
Marketing Collateral & Content Audits
Depending on the skill set of the successful candidate, support may include:
Proofing and updating pre-travel communication
Reviewing the company's FAQs, travel documents/emails, menus, and other print pieces (e.g., signage)
Assisting with audits
General Team Support
Depending on the skill set of the successful candidate, support may include:
Collaborate with team members on ad hoc marketing tasks
Provide input on documentation
Qualifications
Education/Knowledge
Knowledgeable and experienced with Canadian route scenery
Completion of any post-secondary education is valued but not required.
Experience
Ideally, 2+ seasons of onboard experience across multiple routes.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with internal operations and brand standards
Comfortable navigating digital tools and systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including:
o Excel: sorting/filtering data
o Word: editing, formatting, and reviewing documents
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a flexible schedule
Experience with digital asset management systems (e.g., MediaValet) is an asset

Interested in gaining experience in marketing and project coordination
Work Environment
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada during the off season (November - March)
This position requires availability during the week (Monday to Friday). Working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm and can be flexible
Onsite presence is encouraged for collaboration; meeting rooms may be used if desk space is unavailable
Seasonal position: November to potentially March
Compensation
The base salary offered for this role is $30 per hour.
