What will you work on?





The Brand Manager is responsible for achieving financial growth profit targets for Canada. As a member of the Canadian Marketing team, you are responsible for supporting and informing the development, implementation, and management of the strategic and tactical marketing plans, to drive consumer demand in the Canadian Market for assigned portfolio of Brands.



How will you create impact?





Manage a portfolio of Brands and drive them to exceed annual corporate goals - revenue, margin, market share, and consumer demand in Canadian Market. Work with Agency partners to build media plans marketing activations that win the hearts and minds of Canadian Families. Understand and manage brand forecasting. Provide input to market forecast retail action plans that deliver on brand strategy. Support/deliver Toy Line Plan Management/Pricing - manage mix/pricing to achieve financial objectives. Assist roll ups, keep to pricing deadlines, liaise with Brand Finance and Sales. Ensure/support the management and implementation of Consumer Marketing Campaigns: Support budgets, including TV/Media planning, Digital, TV/Digital Commercial Production, PR, Influencers. Insure all 'go to market assets' are available for Canadian launch. Lead reporting and analysis of POS. Make recommendations and manage marketing plans based on item and brand retail performance. Partner with Shopper Marketing Sales on establishing best in class retail plans Collaborate with Canadian Sales team for Customer specific plans - product lines, In Store programs, brand promotional guidelines, channel exclusives In partnership with Sales, present to trade/retail partners, through previews retailer/buyer meetings, to secure necessary levels and breadth of retail support. Use all tools available (e.g., BI, POS, NPD, brand health checks, mix management) to evaluate and ensure high turns at retail. Build strong alignment collaboration with the GBT (Global Brand Teams) and Canadian Marketing Teams to fully understand and establish NA synergies.

What are your skills and experience?





Strong project management and presentation skills. Breadth of experience in media marketing plan development. Analytical and resourceful - ability to apply data driven insights to commercial business decisions Consumer product brand management experience in a new product-oriented industry, preferably working with toy, entertainment, fashion, or other pop culture products. Ability to navigate or learn new systems - BI, SAP Experience managing brand PL with proven results of achieving profitability targets.
