You have people leadership experience, including coaching and development

Lead marketing strategy for Little Northern Bakehouse and The Grain Escape to drive the business to higher levels
Drive and implement communication/marketing programs to build and improve the brand
Produce engaging, compelling, and consistent brand communication material and drive social media efforts
Monitor trends and review available data to improve positioning or communication
Lead marketing programs related to new product development
Lead the development of trade show strategies and manage the marketing budget for the brand
Train, recruit, and develop team members consistent with the goals and values of the organization

May on occasion work at various times including weekends, as the job requires
* Available to travel across North America to attend various trade shows as required (5-10%)
