Working out of the Concord, Ontario office, you'll be the heartbeat of Debco and BCG's brand presence. You'll craft compelling marketing campaigns, spark engagement across every channel, and bring our brand stories to life in ways that captivate and convert. You'll collaborate with our award-winning Creative and Channel teams, and report directly to HPG's Senior Brand Manager. Responsibilities include development of multi-channel campaigns across email, web, print, social media, direct mail, and in-person events. We're looking for a Brand Manager that is passionate, driven by results, inspired by creativity, and always looking for the next big idea.

REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years' experience
A very, very (did we mention very?) strong sense of creativity is imperative to be successful in the position
Work under pressure and with strict timelines, a sense of humor will help here
An exceptional level of organization is a must
Needs to be able to multi-task with minimal errors
A 'can-do' attitude with a strong team player ethic is essential
Strong problem-solving skills and a personal sense of responsibility
Must be able to wear multiple hats and go with the flow
Conduct all activities in accordance with high ethical standards, high energy, outgoing personality/friendly and professional attitude
Committed to quality service to customers and fellow employees, with professional oral, listening, and written communication skills, and capable of preserving confidential or sensitive information
Most importantly: Must be a self-starter, cannot sit around and wait for things to happen
GENERAL ROLE
In collaboration with the Brand, Channel, and Creative teams; execute marketing campaigns, while providing support in the creation of long-term marketing strategies
Ensure all initiatives are executed using data-driven decisions, are on strategy, on tactic and using the brand voice
Collaborate with other HPG Brand Managers on campaign ideas for other HPG brands
Communicate promotion strategies internally, as well as to customers, via programs that inform the organization of key promotions, internal partnerships, and selling strategies that will maximize the brand's exposure and profitability
Ensure all marketing and company collateral is compliant with our brand vision and voice
Develop email campaigns, create marketing collateral, and industry-specific communications
Be the social media voice for the brand by directing strategy for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other industry-specific social media platforms
Interact with our top customers, building marketing platforms & a creative calendar tailored to their needs
Analyze trends in the market and create a company marketing strategy around them
Oversee ongoing creative development of our websites and work with our designers and channel team to ensure their success
Coordinate and support all tradeshows/events for the brand, in collaboration with our sales team
Support our MLRs (multi-line Reps) with their business development activities
Participate and collaborate in weekly meetings with Marketing Team members with recorded minutes, ensuring the conclusion of all action items
Organize and run meetings with the Sales and internal teams to discuss promotional campaigns, with recorded minutes ensuring the conclusion of all action items
