Role Overview



We're looking for a

Brand Digital Lead

to own and elevate Aupale's digital voice across global markets. This role is both strategic and hands-on -- you'll shape our digital presence, manage campaigns, and bring the brand to life through premium social content, influencer collaborations, and experiential activations.

As a creative maker, you'll shoot, edit, and craft content that reflects Aupale's luxury identity, while driving measurable engagement and reach. You'll oversee digital campaigns end-to-end, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency across channels. You'll also manage communications with influencers and partners, and translate cultural moments -- from pop-ups to impact events -- into hype that builds community and brand equity.

You'll report to:

Founder/CEO (and collaborate closely with marketing partners, regional consultants, and creators).

What You'll Do



Create visual assets: short films, reels, photography, and graphics. Write and publish engaging posts that embody brand values. Collaborate with mixologists, chefs, and lifestyle creators to generate authentic content. Encourage and manage UGC/micro-creator programs. Manage online marketing campaigns with influencers. Maintain brand standards and compliance across all digital channels. Track performance, test creative ideas, and share learnings with leadership.

Tools You'll Use



Camera + editing software (Premiere, Final Cut, or similar), Canva/Adobe Suite, social platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest), project management tools (Asana/Notion), and analytics dashboards.

- Protects and evolves a consistent luxury identity across all channels

Entrepreneurial Drive

- Resourceful and proactive, thrives in a lean, fast-scaling environment. Confident in crafting posts and captions that drive engagement. Detail-oriented with high standards for premium look and feel. Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn new tools (AI training provided).

Growth Path



First 30 Days

- Deep dive into Aupale's brand identity, tone, and luxury positioning. Publish the first content series, set up baseline performance tracking, and get hands-on with digital tools and workflows.

By 60 Days

- Establish initial creator and influencer partnerships, launch a UGC/activation program, and support the roll-out of GTM initiatives in new markets through digital campaigns and storytelling.

By 90 Days

- Deliver a repeatable content calendar tied to ongoing GTM activity, demonstrate measurable growth in engagement and reach, and establish clear best practices for scaling campaigns, activations, and influencer programs.
