Luxury Spa is an exciting new Asian-fusion day spa concept launching in Winnipeg. Developed by the owners of Nail House--one of the top-ranked nail salons in Winnipeg--this spa will bring a fresh approach to wellness and beauty, combining the elegance of Asian design with contemporary service and hospitality. We are currently in the brand development phase and are seeking a creative, strategic, and self-driven individual to help bring this brand to life.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the
Brand Development Coordinator
will play a key role in shaping the identity of this new spa. This individual will work closely with leadership and external consultants to design the name, logo, visual identity, and digital presence of the brand. This is a unique opportunity to help define a brand from the ground up and gain meaningful experience in brand strategy, design, and marketing execution.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to define the overall brand strategy and creative direction
Design the brand name, logo, and supporting visual identity elements
Develop brand guidelines (colour palette, fonts, imagery, tone, etc.)
Design the new website and build the website in coordination with the Marketing Manager
Support creation of marketing assets (digital ads, brochures, print signage)
Work with consultants as needed (photographers, developers, etc.) to execute brand elements
Optimize the website for SEO and digital performance (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
Assist with early-stage social media strategy and brand presence
Assist with the development of the advertising strategy
Present drafts and iterations to the Marketing Manager and respond to feedback quickly
Qualifications
A university degree or college diploma in graphic design, digital media, marketing, or related field
A strong portfolio showcasing branding and/or web design projects
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign at minimum)
Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
Excellent communication and time management skills
Previous experience developing a brand from scratch is an asset
Work Environment
This position is remote, with the ability to meet virtually with the Marketing Manager on a regular basis. Candidates must be available for daytime hours and occasional evening meetings as required.
