This role combines creative strategy with performance awareness, ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all customer touchpoints while developing high-impact campaigns and assets that drive measurable engagement and conversion.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Brand Messaging & Positioning: Own and refine brand voice, ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns, channels, and assets.
Creative Concepting: Develop campaign themes, ad names, taglines, and storytelling frameworks for digital marketing initiatives (paid social, email, SMS, website, etc.).
Creative Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, freelancers) to deliver high-quality creative assets that align with brand strategy.
Lifecycle & Retention Alignment: Ensure brand and campaign messaging supports subscription services, loyalty initiatives, and customer retention efforts.
Project & Campaign Coordination: Manage timelines, briefs, and workflows for creative projects from concept to execution.
Content Alignment: Ensure that creative content is optimized for performance while maintaining brand standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, and eCommerce teams to align creative campaigns with business goals, product launches, and retention strategies.
Trendspotting & Innovation: Monitor creative, cultural, and DTC marketing trends to keep campaigns fresh, relevant, and competitive.
Creative Performance Optimization: Partner with Growth to interpret campaign results and continuously iterate creative based on data and audience insights.
Paid Social Familiarity: Confident testing, launching, or briefing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.) to ensure creative aligns with platform dynamics.
Tech & System Fluency: Understand how creative assets connect across email, ads, and site experiences; able to collaborate with data, lifecycle, and analytics partners on scalable workflows.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or creative management -- ideally within a
DTC eCommerce company offering subscription services or strong lifecycle marketing programs
.
Proven track record of developing and executing creative campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and growth.
Strong copywriting instincts and ability to generate compelling brand narratives.
Experience managing designers, copywriters, or creative partners.
Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
Comfortable balancing creative excellence with performance marketing needs.
