RCLF (River City Leaders Forum)

- A leadership forum that brings together Edmonton business owners and executives to learn from each other, share hard-earned lessons, and build connections that last a lifetime.

rooted in Edmonton, built for entrepreneurs, and designed for impact.



We're looking for a

Brand & Community Coordinator

to help us

grow the brand presence of both organizations, strengthen our LinkedIn platforms, and represent us in the Edmonton business community.



What You'll Do



Manage LinkedIn presence for

RCLF

and

ROC Advisors

Create and schedule 6-8 posts per week across both organizations (mix of text, visuals, and event recaps) Build and maintain a content calendar highlighting growth, events, and community impact Workshop with us on

marketing strategy, content direction, and brand building

Attend 2-3 networking and business events per month (mostly evenings, some daytime) as our Community Ambassador Capture event content (photos, quotes, short videos) and share online Assist with event logistics (invites, RSVPs, reminders, light admin follow-up) Help coordinate RCLF forum groups (scheduling, communication, light logistics) Track engagement and performance, bringing ideas to grow reach and visibility
