Rogers Leaseline

This position is made for the person that loves interacting with people! In this role you\'ll be working at a specific Rogers/Shaw mall retail location, and you\'ll be engaging with mall patrons as they walk by the store encouraging them to participate to play a game where they can win prizes and thank them for their services! This is a part-time role that has great work-life balance! Have your weekend nights free all summer long with this exciting opportunity!

Position Details

Brand ambassadors will be standing on the leaseline of different Rogers/Shaw stores in Western Canada at different malls. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for intercepting and engaging consumers by getting them to partake in gamification experience while delivering key messaging regarding the Rogers/Shaw brand. The goal is to drive consumers inside the store.

Program Objective

• Intercept as many consumers as possible
• Provide a fun and engaging experience
• Drive consumers inside stores

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote the Rogers/Shaw brand in a fun and creative way
• Facilitate a unique experience by remaining upbeat and professional
• Deliver key messaging (game offers, thank you, etc.)
• Hand off interested consumers to Rogers/Shaw store associates
• Maintain great relationships with store staff and management
• Complete reporting at the end of each shift

Program Schedule:

• Training: August 15th, 2023 - online
• Dates: August 18th-September 10th, 2023

Hours:

• Program hours may change due to program needs and store hours. For regular program hours, brand ambassadors can expect to work: **With some exceptions based on mall hours**

• Fridays: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Saturdays: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Sundays: 11:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Qualifications

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic personality
• Comfortable delivering key messaging
• Comfortable working independently
• Excellent time management skills
• Access to a reliable car an asset
• Sales experience an asset
• Tech/smartphone passion and knowledge an asset

Wage:

• $24/hour
