OverviewMatch Retail presents an exhilarating Nespresso extravaganza, and we're on the lookout for a dynamic squad of Brand Ambassadors to play pivotal roles, ranging from customer engagement to delivering an unparalleled coffee experience and picture this: it's not icing on the cake, it's Maple syrup baby - pure yum!Event Highlights:

• Location: Park Royal Shopping Centre, 2002 Park Royal S, West Vancouver V7T 2W4
• Shifts:

• Friday, April 12: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Saturday, April 13: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Sunday, April 14: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Onboarding: Completed by April 5, 2024
• Virtual Training: April 8 (1-hour paid training)

Compensation Package:

• 2 Team Leaders @ $22/hr
• 12 BAs @ $20/hr

Key Responsibilities:Dive into a variety of roles:

• Captivate customers at the entrance with pamphlets
• Play the role of a Barista, serving Nespresso magic
• Craft delectable Maple Syrup ice candy for delighted customers
• Capture the best moments and make it memorable at the photobooth
• Keep the booth stocked with coffee and Maple syrup candy

Additional responsibilities include:

• Booth setup and preparation for the opening
• Booth closing, securing all products
• Customer engagement to create an unforgettable experience
• Smooth event operations and vigilant stock management
• Prompt communication of needs and updates to Team Leaders and Account Managers
• Daily reporting and timekeeping

Prerequisites:

• Essential Tool: A smartphone for real-time reporting.
• Uniform: All-black outfit (Pants, T-shirt/shirt, shoes)

Desired Qualities:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or Brand Ambassador experience
• Vibe: Upbeat and outgoing personality. We're looking for someone as excited to work as they are to create outstanding customer experiences.
• Endurance: Comfortable standing for extended hours
