Job Summary

Join BlueWave Marketing as a Brand Ambassador and help bring brands to life through in-store demos and events. You'll engage shoppers, showcase products, and create positive customer experiences that influence purchase decisions and drive sales. This is an entry-level role, ideal for individuals with strong people skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. No prior sales experience is required--we provide training and support to help you build confidence and develop valuable sales and marketing skills.

Duties

Engage shoppers in retail stores and event settings in a friendly and approachable way Conduct product demonstrations, offer samples, and explain product benefits clearly Create positive customer experiences that encourage purchase decisions Share product knowledge confidently (training provided) Represent our clients' brands with professionalism and enthusiasm Collect shopper feedback and provide event reports to the BlueWave team

What You Bring

Strong people skills -- you enjoy connecting and talking with others Enthusiasm, reliability, and a cooperative attitude Interest in learning how to influence purchase decisions and build sales skills Comfort engaging with shoppers in a busy retail environment FoodSafe certification (required)
