We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and sales, along with excellent communication skills. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products, conducting product demonstrations, and enhancing customer experiences. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively convey our brand message and connect with diverse audiences.

Duties

Engage with customers to promote our products and services in various environments, including retail locations, events, and trade shows. Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our offerings. Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and effective communication. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness and driving sales. Utilize public speaking skills to present information clearly and confidently to groups of varying sizes. Gather feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, marketing, or sales is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience in conducting product demos and public speaking is highly desirable.
