Harbor Painting Co. is building a new team of motivated, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to generate qualified leads through direct, face-to-face outreach. This is not a sales roleinstead, you'll focus on initiating contact, sparking interest, and booking appointments for our experienced sales team to follow up. If you love talking to people, enjoy working independently, and want to be part of a fast-growing company that values initiative and effort, we want to hear from you.
This is a flexible, part-time position that can grow with you. Work mornings, evenings, and weekends. We offer a base hourly rate plus commissions for each qualified appointment you book that results in a sales meeting.

What You'll Do
Go door-to-door in targeted residential areas
Start friendly, professional conversations with homeowners
Explain who we are and what we dono hard selling
Collect key contact details and property info
Pass leads to our sales coordinators in real time
Ensure smooth handoff and follow-up
Track activity and performance through simple tools and weekly check-ins
What We're Looking For
Outgoing personality and confidence talking to new people
Ability to walk long distances
Reliable, responsible, and respectful
Clear communicator with a professional demeanor
Comfortable working independently outdoors
Able to learn a simple pitch and represent the Harbor Painting Co. brand well
Coachable and goal-oriented
Must be available for mornings, evenings, or weekends (minimum 10 hours/week)
Compensation
$17.20/
hour base pay,
plus competitive commission rates for each lead generated. Commission for each booked lead that converts to a sales appointment
Weekly performance reviews and opportunities for advancement
Bonus potential based on team and individual results
