We are hiring a Brand Ambassador for our North York office. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and provide guidance. Deliver clear and accurate product and service information to support informed decisions. Assist customers throughout the sales process, from introduction to completion. Support team sales goals by promoting products and services effectively. Provide customer support to ensure positive experiences during and after interactions. Stay informed on promotions, campaigns, and product offerings. Share observations and customer feedback with the team for continuous improvement. Participate in training, team discussions, and contribute to sales and service objectives.

Qualifications

Friendly, professional, and confident communication style Comfortable engaging customers in retail or event settings Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Daily in-person attendance at the North York office Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset; training is provided Must be looking for full time role.
