The

Brand Ambassador/ Sales Manager

will be a part of a Brewery and Vineyard. The ideal person will have a sincere passion for sales, people and the beer & wine industry. Posses an extensive network of industry contacts, and be well versed in the interactions with the government liquor agencies.

Requirements



5+ years of relevant sales experience - specifically deal with the government liquor agencies Proven ability to grow business, increase sales Expert at onboarding major accounts Proven track record at growing brand recognition and increasing brand perception. Education in wine, craft beer combined with superior customer service skills Posses extensive network of industry contacts Thorough knowledge of the workings of the government liquor agencies Superb organization and time management skills Must have Superior Verbal Communication, and Customer Service Skills MS Office, POS experience and serving it right certificate Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered

Responsibilities



Develop quarterly and yearly sales plans Tracks sales and report on activities Cold Call - proactively reach out to businesses to introduce products and establish new partnerships Manage Accounts - Act as the primary point of contact for retail and on premise, taking orders and resolving any issues that arise with delivery or product quality Client Education - present the benefits and uses of various beers while providing detailed information about the brewing process Implement promotions Merchandising - Ensure proper product placement, secure prime shelf space and execute effective displays in retail operations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Demonstrate ability in negotiation and professional selling Handle Logistics, Sales and Marketing to increase product awareness and sales
