Express Heat Therapy is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences. This role involves promoting our products through initial customer engagement and approaching, and direct interactions, ensuring that customers have a memorable experience that fosters brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. Engage with customers in various settings, including retail environments, events, and trade shows. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for effective brand promotion. Utilize public speaking skills to present information clearly and confidently in front of groups. Gather feedback from customers to relay insights back to the marketing team for continuous improvement. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Events promotion ,food service or modelling is preferred but not required. Background in product promotion or related fields is a plus. Experience conducting product demos or engaging with customers in promotional settings is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. Excellent public speaking abilities, comfortable presenting information in front of groups. A passion for customer service and creating positive experiences for clients.
