Brand Ambassador - Permanent full-time - In office - Montreal, QC

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Ambassador who will be reporting to the head of the Executive Assistant Team. This individual will be tasked with overseeing one of our most important projects in relation to our corporate development and company image.

What you will be doing:

  • Negotiating office leases and supporting the EA team regarding these initiatives
  • Work on the Executive and Corporate image of the company.
  • Facilitate content development and ensure consistency and visibility of key initiatives (product launches, storytelling, brand development, etc.)
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly social media reporting
  • Lead community engagement and outreach efforts, evaluate success and work to refine strategies on an ongoing basis
  • Develop social media strategies that span multiple platforms
  • Plan, develop and coordinate content calendar approval by social platform on a quarterly basis
Requirements:
  • University degree in marketing, business, public relations or communications, or extensive related work experience in an experienced communications, or marketing communications position
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a communications, public relations, marketing and/or social media role in a fast-paced, agency or client-side environment
  • Bilingual (fluency in English and French is mandatory)
  • Exemplary writing and editing skills in both English and French
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems (you have professionally managed social media for brands)
  • Understanding of best practices in public relations and communications
  • Experience growing brands on social media through strategic community management
  • Understanding of key performance indicators for different channels and content types, turning them into a concrete plan, reporting on performance and adapting along the way
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dynamic and team-oriented
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and creative (ability to think outside the box)
  • Willing to take on a challenge
