Duties

Engage with customers in various settings to promote brand awareness and product knowledge. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for effective outreach and engagement. Participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent the brand positively. Collect feedback from customers to relay insights back to the marketing team for continuous improvement.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or sales is preferred. Background in marketing is a plus, with an understanding of promotional strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with diverse audiences. Strong public speaking abilities to confidently present products and information to groups. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to reach a broader customer base. A knack for customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions. Experience in conducting product demos that effectively highlight key selling points.
