Bella Aurora Cafe is looking for a creative, outgoing, and motivated Brand Ambassador & Marketing Assistant to help us grow our community presence and digital reach!

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who loves content creation, wants to be in front of the camera, and is excited to learn marketing hands-on with real campaigns. You'll work closely with our expert marketer and get a chance to build your portfolio -- while getting paid and earning bonuses based on your performance.

What You'll Do:

Create engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.) using your phone Be featured in the videos -- showcasing our cafe, products, and vibe Visit the cafe once per week to film content Help manage and grow our social media presence Represent our brand in the local community and online Collaborate on paid marketing campaigns and receive bonuses for successful ad performance Get mentorship and guided training from our in-house marketing expert
Compensation & Perks:

$15-20/hour base pay Performance-based bonuses for successful marketing results Flexible hybrid role: work remotely with one in-person content day per week Staff discount on cafe items Mentorship & skills training in digital marketing, branding, and advertising Certificate of participation + letter of reference
Requirements:

Experience creating mobile video content (with apps like CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.) Comfortable appearing in videos and speaking on camera Energetic and extroverted personality Interest in food, lifestyle, or local community branding Strong communication and organizational skills Able to commute to our Aurora location once per week
