This role involves promoting our brand through product demonstrations, public speaking, and active participation in marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. Actively engage with customers in various environments, including retail locations, events, and trade shows. Communicate effectively with diverse audiences to promote brand awareness and drive sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility in the market. Gather feedback from customers to relay insights back to the company for continuous improvement. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Skills

Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage an audience confidently. Experience in sales or food service is a plus, showcasing an understanding of customer needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for reaching a broader audience. Proven customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and enhancing customer experiences. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior to effectively position our brand.
