Position Overview

As a

Brand Ambassador Intern

, you'll be the face and voice of the Langley Rivermen within the community. You'll help enhance the fan experience, support marketing initiatives, and promote the Rivermen brand at games, events, and online. This role is perfect for students or emerging professionals interested in sports marketing, communications, or event management.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the Langley Rivermen at home games, community events, school visits, and promotional appearances Connect with Sponsors Engage with fans, answer questions, and create a positive, welcoming atmosphere Assist with game-day operations, including fan activations, contests, giveaways, and sponsor promotions Support social media content creation (photos, videos, stories, fan features) Help distribute promotional materials throughout the community Collect fan feedback and share insights with the marketing team Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand consistency at all times

What We're Looking For

Energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Passion for sports, community engagement, and events Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team Availability for evenings and weekends during the hockey season Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) is an asset Previous experience in promotions, customer service, or events is a bonus but not required
