Compensation:

$20/hour + performance-based bonuses:

$100

for every qualified meeting booked (and kept) with our Comfort Specialists

$250

bonus for every install sold between

$2,500 - $4,999

We're growing fast and are looking for an outgoing, motivated

Brand Ambassador

to represent our company inside partner hardware stores and help us connect with homeowners ready to upgrade their home comfort systems.

About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be working

inside trusted hardware stores

in the

Abbotsford, Mission, and Maple Ridge

areas.

Your main focus will be building relationships with hardware store employees and helping them recognize potential HVAC leads -- specifically for

installation services

. You'll be the go-to Rep-Air representative in-store, educating customers and store associates on our range of products and services, while generating high-quality leads for our Comfort Specialist team.

You'll play a key role in helping homeowners find the right heating, cooling, and air quality solutions for their homes -- and be rewarded for every successful connection you make.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Rep-Air Heating and Cooling inside partner hardware stores Build relationships with store employees and managers to encourage consistent HVAC referrals Educate store staff and customers about Rep-Air's installation services, including: Heat Pumps Mini Splits (vented & non-vented) Furnaces Air Conditioners Hot Water Tanks Tankless Hot Water on Demand Water Purification Systems Air Filtration Systems Generate qualified leads and book meetings for our Comfort Specialists Track interactions, leads, and results for reporting Maintain a positive, professional image at all times while representing Rep-Air

Qualifications

Outgoing, personable, and confident communicator Strong relationship-building and networking skills Reliable and self-motivated with a professional attitude Experience in customer service, sales, or HVAC industry preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between store locations Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed
