The Role:


As our Brand Ambassador, you'll be the ultimate embodiment of Heritage Cannabis, infusing every interaction with the same creativity and enthusiasm that defines our products. Whether you're hosting epic events, creating and posting content or sparking conversations in the community, you'll be the catalyst for unforgettable moments and lasting connections. Get ready to dive into a role where fun and adventure are always on the agenda!


Here is what you will do:

Conduct in-store demonstrations to educate customers and budtenders about Heritage Cannabis products. Provide budtender training sessions to ensure product knowledge and effective representation. Increase sales and visibility by showcasing products in retail and community settings.

Event Participation:

Represent the brand at trade shows, open houses, grand openings, and other cannabis-related events. Organize and lead engaging events to foster community connections and highlight product features. Set up and manage event displays and demonstration areas to attract and engage attendees.

Content Creation:

Develop and share compelling content on personal or company social media platforms to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns that align with brand objectives.

Community Engagement:

Actively participate in local events and engage with the community to build brand loyalty. Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services. Build and maintain relationships with retailers, customers, and industry professionals.

Reporting:

Maintain records of event participation, customer interactions, and feedback. Submit detailed reports on sales, engagement metrics, and event outcomes.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey brand messages.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong ability to connect with diverse audiences and build positive relationships.

Sales and Marketing Experience:

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.

Social Media Savvy:

Proficiency in creating and sharing content on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Professional Appearance:

Maintain a polished and professional demeanor that aligns with the brand's image.

Cannabis Knowledge:

Passion for and knowledge of cannabis products, with a willingness to learn more.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel within the region.

Transportation:

Reliable means of transportation for attending events and retail locations.

Legal Requirements:

Must be 19 years or older to comply with regulatory guidelines.
