Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a unique setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving, connecting and engaging with people and be comfortable working in a retail environment. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products, enhancing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement through various activities including product marketing, merchandising and display set up.

Duties

Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and drive sales through effective communication. Communication features, benefits and specials to potential customers. Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to inform marketing strategies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the management team to develop branding strategies that align with company goals. Ensure the store is clean, organized and visually stimulating.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or related fields is preferred but not required. Proven track record in sales or customer service marketing is advantageous. Familiarity with data collection methods and tools for analyzing customer feedback is beneficial. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members. Ability to stay calm and manage yourself around crowds Background in customer service is highly valued, showcasing your ability to build rapport with clients. Public speaking experience will enhance your effectiveness in representing the brand at the store.
