Duties

Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and drive sales through effective communication. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to inform marketing strategies. Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Participate in event marketing initiatives, representing the brand at trade shows, festivals, and other promotional events. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding strategies that align with company goals. Utilize public speaking skills to present information clearly and confidently during events or presentations. Leverage bilingual skills to engage with diverse customer groups effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or related fields is preferred but not required. Proven track record in sales or event marketing is advantageous. Familiarity with data collection methods and tools for analyzing customer feedback is beneficial. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members. Experience in social media management is a plus, demonstrating the ability to create compelling content. Background in customer service is highly valued, showcasing your ability to build rapport with clients. Public speaking experience will enhance your effectiveness in representing the brand at events.
