: Brand Ambassador

Location: New Brunswick, east STA

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Events Brand Ambassadors. As an Events Brand Ambassador, you will represent our company at various events and engage with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and book appointments for our sales representatives for bathroom, kitchen, roofing, and basement renovation services. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are outgoing, persuasive and enjoy interacting with people.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Attend events, trade shows, exhibitions, and community gatherings to promote our renovation services.

\xc2\xb7 Approach and engage with event attendees to create awareness about our company and services.

\xc2\xb7 Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our bathroom, kitchen, roofing, and basement renovation offerings.

\xc2\xb7 Build rapport with potential clients and answer their questions regarding our services.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and qualify potential leads based on their renovation needs and interests.

\xc2\xb7 Book appointments with interested individuals for our sales representatives.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and relevant information.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of booked appointments.

\xc2\xb7 Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointment bookings.

\xc2\xb7 Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and connect with people.

\xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

\xc2\xb7 Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

\xc2\xb7 Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.

\xc2\xb7 Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends, as required.

\xc2\xb7 Must have reliable transportation to travel to various events.
