branch support experience

and a track record of solving complex technical issues on-site?

We're looking for

Branch Support Specialists

who are ready to make an immediate impact at our branch locations.


Key Responsibilities:




Deliver on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and infrastructure at branch locations Troubleshoot end-user issues with applications, connectivity, VPNs, and more Support and maintain in-house and third-party software, including market data applications Act as escalation point for Helpdesk issues; collaborate with Network Services and global support teams Maintain ticketing records, documentation, and ensure policy compliance Assist in home office setup and remote work support (firm-issued or personal laptops + VMs) Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation Stay updated on new technologies and internal tools

Required Qualifications:




Minimum 3 years of field support experience

, preferably in a

branch environment

Background in supporting financial services clients

is

highly desirable

Experience supporting MAC OS and Windows systems.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (3 years of progressive experience = 1 year of education) Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general enterprise IT tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Candidates must be local or willing to work on-site. Travel to the surrounding branch offices may be required.
