Someone who leads with empathy, proactively communicates with clarity, thrives in a fast-moving team environment and who brings a strong knowledge base in Personal Lines insurance to support the training, mentoring, and performance of the branch.

You are a relationship-first leader with a strong Personal Lines background. You have depth in coverage knowledge and confidence in guiding others in quoting, advising, and navigating client needs. Overview of the Role



The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success of the branch, including team leadership, training and coaching, operational workflow, and ensuring a welcoming and professional client experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining our shared values and supporting staff growth and development. It will be imperative to drive a positive and supportive culture, as this is at the forefront of who we are.

Key Responsibilities



Leadership & Team Development



Serve as the primary support and point of contact for all team members. Mentor and train staff with a focus on building strength and confidence in Personal Lines knowledge and customer advising. Facilitate team meetings, quarterly reviews, and development conversations. Foster a positive, collaborative, and communicative branch culture. Oversee branch recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management in partnership with the management team.

Branch Operations & Client Experience



Oversee daily workflow and ensure smooth and efficient office operations. Coordinate staff scheduling to meet operational and service demands. Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally, accurately, and with care. Manage escalated inquiries and support staff in complex client conversations. Ensure the office environment remains professional, welcoming, and client-ready.

Sales & Service Development



Support and encourage cross-selling initiatives and client retention strategies. Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and build client relationships. Work with the management team to design and implement Personal Lines service and sales programs.

Compliance & Professional Standards



Ensure staff licensing and CE credits remain current. Uphold and model adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Personal Lines products, carrier updates, and underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications



Level 3 General Insurance License (required) Strong Personal Lines product knowledge and advisory experienc

e

(required) CAIB designation (or actively working toward it), preferred. Minimum 5 years supervisory or leadership experience in an insurance environment (preferred) Strong communication, coaching, interpersonal, and organizational skills Client-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service Proficient computer and BMS experience; comfortable with system navigation and documentation

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
