The Restaurant Manager duties include, but are not limited too:
Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards
Coaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the Tut's brand
Monitoring and controlling costs factors (Food, HR, and waste)
Leading the staff to achieve service times and working as a part of the team
Spending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees
Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed
Hiring, retaining, and terminating employees
Ordering and managing inventory
Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast food restaurant
Job Requirements:
Restaurant management experience - two years or more
Quick service restaurant experience preferred
College or University Education.
Food handling certificate
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
A leader and a team player
Fluent English language.
