Oversee branch sales and operations to maximize growth and efficiency Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team Foster long-term customer relationships and deliver top-tier service Execute strategic plans and look for opportunities to improve processes Ensure seamless operations and alignment with company goals

What You Bring to the Team:

A proactive, results-driven mindset 3-5 years of management or leadership experience Background in agriculture, ag equipment, or rural business Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills A passion for customer satisfaction and team success
