PROPERTY BRANCH MANAGER: PACIFIC QUORUM PROPERTIES
Pacific Quorum Properties is a large multi-office Strata/Rental Company looking for a Experienced Branch Manager - licensed in Strata/Rental to assist in team mentoring and office supervision of staff at our Surrey location.
The Position:
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing supervision of Property Management Staff, including but not limited to service delivery and client retention, compliance monitoring, and staff training. The office location consists of a large team managing in excess of 150 properties.Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5-year experience in property management.
Proven record in the management of staff, training, motivation and creating a positive environment for all team members to thrive.
Both Rental and Strata Management License required, and Brokers License an asset.
You must be experienced in all regulatory requirements and possess excellent communication skills. You must be a proven leader, that thrives in a busy work environment, staff mentoring and training.
