Job Summary:



The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency. This role includes developing and mentoring team members, monitoring sales performance, and co-managing both sales staff and merchandisers. It is a hands-on position that demands a strong attention to detail and a proactive leadership approach.

Job Responsibilities:



Lead and supervise all warehouse operations including inventory control, logistics, shipping, space management, and customer service. Monitor sales performance and collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to drive revenue growth. Develop and manage staff schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing workflow and minimizing overtime. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, ensuring timely maintenance and operational readiness. Establish and monitor operational goals to ensure peak warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction. Design and implement systems for product handling, storage, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping. Promote and enforce a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company standards and safety protocols. Provide delivery support as needed to ensure merchandise is distributed accurately and on time. Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:



Proven ability to lead, train, and recruit staff effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Valid Class 5 driver's license with experience operating a 5-ton truck; comfortable supporting delivery operations when needed. Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to solving operational challenges. Solid understanding of supply chain and warehouse management principles, including inventory control and distribution logistics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
