to lead our British Columbia operations with a special focus on

power generation and HVAC rental solutions

What You'll Do

As our Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the full performance of your rental center, including:

Leading

Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics

to deliver exceptional customer experiences Driving significant growth in

Power Generation and HVAC rentals

across British Columbia's industrial, construction, emergency response, utilities, and remote-site markets Steering both operational and financial strategy, including P&L accountability, forecasting, and performance reporting Building a high-performing, safety-focused team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Influencing key customers and expanding market share through strong external partnerships and consultative selling

What Prepares You for Success

Business Management degree

and

1+ year of rental industry experience

OR

3-4 years of rental industry experience
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

What You Bring

Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and influence outcomes Strong understanding of P&L management and financial controls Experience in outside sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management Knowledge of construction, industrial services, or related equipment markets (experience with

power generation or HVAC systems

is a strong asset) High personal accountability, strong time management, and a willingness to learn all facets of the business

Physical & Workplace Requirements

Base Pay Range


65,000.00 - 132,430.10
