Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with credit union policies and procedures, and in accordance with all regulatory requirements
Lead and supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance, training, and coaching as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
Foster a member-focused culture within the branch, ensuring that all staff members are trained to provide exceptional service to credit union members.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and goals, including cross-selling and up-selling credit union products and services.
Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as required.
Collaborate with other credit union departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
Ensure that all branch transactions and activities are conducted in accordance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of credit union products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Participate in community outreach and business development activities to promote the credit union and its services
What You Have: Required Education and Experience
High School diploma with at least seven years financial institution experience.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, delegate and foster a team environment.
Skills and Abilities
Exceptional people management skills and possess a team building leadership style that is effective at motivating a team of financial sales and service professionals.
Strong sales management skills in setting and monitoring sales and service activities, plans and pipelines.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders and external vendors.
Proven diplomacy and capability in handling sensitive situations.
Strong decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills and ability to coach, delegate and foster a team environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), data systems, software applications and technology.
Demonstrated knowledge of lending, investment, and partner relationships.
Ability to see the big picture when providing solutions to the team and members.

Salary range for this position: $73,503 - $86,474.
