Must have sales and plumping/hvac/mechanical experience

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead branch operations, including inside sales, customer service, warehouse, and

inventory control.

? Oversee order processing and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and delivery

coordination.

? Resolve customer issues, provide product support, and drive customer satisfaction.

? Manage inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of non-stock items.

? Prepare sales quotes and assist with forecasting and budgeting.

? Collaborate with outside sales, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve issues and

streamline operations.

? Recruit, train, and develop branch staff; conduct performance evaluations.

? Promote a safe work environment by enforcing company Health & Safety policies.

? Strengthen relationships with key customers and suppliers to support growth.

? Monitor competitive activity and market trends to support business development.

? Generate and review reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.

Qualifications:

? Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field.

? 5+years of experience in a branch or sales management role.



? Strong industry knowledge in mechanical, plumbing, or industrial supplies.

? Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

? Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

? Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

? Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical documentation is an asset.
