Job Skills / Requirements
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall branch operations and financial management and all aspects of Paladin 24/7 security business portfolio in Newfoundland & Labrador. This position will oversee a diverse team and will demonstrate to them the Paladin Difference and exude Paladin C.A.R.E. We believe in promoting from within, respecting people and their differences and providing a high quality of service. This position is expected to empower, coach, and provide guidance to staff and able to manage multiple portfolios of clients and security staff.
