We are seeking to fill the permanent position of Branch Manager at our Moncton branch, a division of Richelieu Hardware.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a branch supervisor dedicated to a career in the hardware industry. Your role will consist of ensuring the responsibility of sales and operations for our Moncton Branch. You will participate and execute the Business Plans for the Moncton market and increase the sales and revenue of the region.
More specifically, your main tasks will be:
Identify opportunities for business development
Being responsible and accountable for bottom line results of the Branch
Ensure best Customer Service with prompt response and attractive Showroom for our customers
Contribute to the preparation and manage the Budget & the Business Plans
Review of Financial Statements & Reports of the Branch
Participate in strategic planning for the territory (Sales, new products, new markets, etc.)
Supervision of operations, sales, customer service and warehousing at the Branch
Make sure of cohesion between the different Divisions/Branches in respect of Richelieu policies and procedures
Safeguarding of assets - the facility and the assets within
Ensure all local regulations and laws are met or exceeded
Ensure that employees work in a productive, stimulating and safe environment
Provide direction and guidance to his management team in achieving Richelieu's business objectives
Training - ensure staff receive proper training to conduct their jobs and embraces Richelieu culture
Make sure to have the adequate organizational structure and staffing to execute business plans
Requirements:
University degree (In Business Administration an asset)
Over 8 years of experience in managing people in a similar role (sales & operations)
Experience in managing location business
Experience in hardware and distribution, an asset
Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude while being hands on
Can easily transpose strategy into action (results oriented)
