We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Branch Manager at our Moncton, NB location.
Purpose:
Responsible for the achievement of the location business plan objectives and fulfilling the expectations of all stakeholders (owners, customers, and employees). Provides leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical, and financial resources for the location. Optimizes the profitable growth of the business, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers.
Responsibilities
Supports Green Diamond's strategic plan and monitors financial performance
Develops and maintains a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues
Ensures that appropriate communication takes place within and across all departments
Works to continuously improve store culture
Maintain consistency across all departments within the organization
Implements changes in departments within the location as needed
Ensures the successful planning and execution of marketing activities and events
Oversees maintenance, security and a professional appearance of the facility and property for the location
May represent the company for the sale of machinery to key customers as needed
Responsible for the hiring, development and coaching, evaluation of employees
Monitors company CRM tool
Ensures proper follow up with customers before and after the sale
Manages on-going relationships with suppliers
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years' experience in Ag equipment dealer operations, business systems, and sales support tools preferred
Previous management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management techniques
Ability to develop and motivate others through coaching, knowledge-sharing, and modeling
Good understanding of financial principles relative to Sales Department operations.
Experienced with John Deere and competitive products an asset
Analytical ability to understand root cause issues and interpret internal reports
Ability to set performance goals and deadlines with the knowledge of how to attain them.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, Accurate, Articulate
Objective and Authoritative
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Valid Driver's license
