As the Branch Manager, you'll be at the helm of our branch's financial success and operational excellence. You'll lead and inspire a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service to CCE's clients. Your leadership will ensure compliance with company policies while driving significant business growth and success. Main Responsibilities:
Branch Operations
Lead the daily operations and ensure compliance with all procedures.
Manage inventory levels within the prescribed guidelines.
Address and resolve customer complaints.
Ensure all branch staff are knowledgeable about the company's products and services.
Client Service
Provide prompt and efficient service to clients both in person and by phone.
Resolve complex client issues and complaints respectfully.
Promote and cross-sell financial products and services.
Accurately process FX transactions, draft transactions, EFT transfers, and more.
Sales and Business Development
Support the marketing team in executing initiatives to attract potential clients.
Monitor local market trends and competition.
Engage with community outreach to promote services.
Team Leadership
Recruit, hire, and train employees to achieve branch success.
Conduct performance appraisals and manage compensation reviews.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Financial Management
Responsible for branch sales, expenses, and profitability against budget.
Review financial reports to identify business trends and address results.
Ensure effective cash and inventory management.
Qualifications
Education
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the financial industry (preferred).
At least 5 years of progressive experience in people management.
Minimum of 7 years in a customer service or retail environment.
Minimum of 7 years handling cash.
Skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in numerical calculations and analysis of financial reports.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Confident self-starter who is results-driven and proactive
