to lead the daily operations of the Leadership team in the Thompson Nicola overseeing a portion of Kamloops and Merritt, BC. The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management of the branch, contracted programs, employees, and subcontractors.
The Branch Manager communicates effectively and is responsible for leading, planning, budgeting, and facilitating programs in various communities. Flexibility in the weekly work schedule is an expectation of the role. As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Branch Manager is motivated, professional, and collaborative, and is responsible for coaching, mentoring, training, and supporting the branch.

Qualifications & Requirements:
A degree in social or human services, or other related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years of program management experience, preferably in the social services sector
Prior leadership, supervisory, and teamwork experience, as well as demonstrated skills in planning, organizing, and other administrative duties
Knowledge of and the ability to work with complex trauma, Autism, FASD, ODD or other neurobiological conditions is an asset
Reliable transportation and a valid BC driver's licence
Clear Criminal Record Check (agency conducted, expenses covered)
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
