Branch Manager
, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the Fredericton (Avonlea court) location. Your primary responsibilities will include driving operational efficiency, leading a high-performing team, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting profitability goals. Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to support service excellence.
Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses, and revenue.
Team Leadership
Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance across all roles.
Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that encourages growth.

Customer Experience
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
