driven, organized, and customer-focused Branch Manager

to lead our busy Edmonton location.

Key Responsibilities

As the Edmonton Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, including:

Sales & Customer Engagement

Lead the sales team to meet and exceed branch sales targets Visit customers regularly to strengthen relationships and grow accounts Negotiate deals, pricing structures, and volume opportunities

Operations & Inventory Management

Oversee inventory levels, ordering, min/max systems, and stock accuracy Ensure proper product flow, organization, and warehouse efficiency Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance

Staff Leadership

Manage, schedule, and support all branch staff Conduct training, coaching, performance reviews, and team development Responsible for hiring & termination decisions when needed

Business & Financial Accountability

Manage branch reporting, sales reports, and performance metrics Oversee branch accounts and ensure proper financial controls Achieve operational KPIs and maintain profitability Work closely with upper management on strategy and growth opportunities

Who We're Looking For

A strong candidate will have:

Prior management or supervisory experience Strong sales background (automotive or industrial experience an asset) Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and motivated to build a high-performing team
