We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced
Branch Manager
to lead our Dieppe location. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all branch operations, driving performance, and fostering a positive team culture.
Position Overview:
As a
Branch Manager,
you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Dieppe branch, including operations, sales, customer service, and team leadership. You will ensure that the branch meets its financial and operational goals while maintaining high standards of safety, service, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily branch operations, including yard, shop, and rental counter activities.
Supervise and support staff across operations, sales, and administration.
Develop and implement strategies to grow branch profitability and market share.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Oversee inventory management, equipment readiness, and fleet maintenance coordination.
Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Drive employee engagement through training, performance reviews, and team development.
Collaborate with other branches and departments to ensure operational consistency
Skills Required:
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong operational and business acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
Knowledge of equipment rental industry is an asset.
