You will combine business acumen, team leadership, and technical knowledge in door opening solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all branch functions, including sales, operations, inventory, and customer service.
Develop, coach, and motivate a team of sales and support professionals.
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities with contractors, architects, and property managers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Oversee project coordination and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses, while ensuring efficient cash flow and financial performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of management experience, preferably in construction materials, building solutions, or hardware distribution.
Proven leadership skills with experience developing and leading diverse teams.
Strong knowledge of door opening solutions, architectural hardware, or electronic access control (an asset).
Excellent organizational, financial management, and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
