Established in 1930, K.K. Penner Tire Centers is owned and operated locally in the Blumenort area with three Manitoba locations and one in Dryden, Ontario. Manitoba includes Brandon, Neepawa and Blumenort which services Winnipeg customers as well as the local trading area of southeastern Manitoba.

We are currently accepting applications for manager of our Brandon, Manitoba location. A strong leader with customer service and team focus is vital. The applicant must be motivated, detail orientated and reliable. Other key attributes are a desire to learn, proficient in problem solving, decision-making, and clear communication. The manager would be active in the sale of tires, overseeing office and shop personnel. Experience with management, sales, and tires are an asset. This is a salaried position with bonus incentives and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Drive business development initiatives to expand the branch's customer base and market presence. Foster a culture of sales excellence by motivating the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives. Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience in management with a focus on leadership within a branch or similar environment. Prior supervising experience with the ability to lead the team effectively. Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques for growth. Strong analytical skills with a commitment to process improvement initiatives.
