Branch Manager

Bayview Kenworth / Kubota is seeking to fill the position of Branch Manager with a dual role of Heavy Duty Truck Sales to be included. This is a small business located in a rural setting Northern New Brunswick. The right candidate will be an experienced Leader, knows how to work well with other employees, has knowledge of how a dealership works, knowledge pertaining to Parts; Service and Sales.

Reporting to the owner & General Manager of Fixed Operations, the Branch Manager ensures the comprehensive supervision and coordination of all work in the Truck & Kubota, Parts, Sales & Service department. They ensure optimal scheduling of staff, customers and assets, to maximize shop production and customer satisfaction. The Branch manager maintains a professional demeanor with all staff and customers at all times and works with the management team in the development of organizational strategies and practices. The Branch Manager is responsible for the upkeep; cleanliness & routine maintenance of the entire branch facilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Leadership experience is a must, ( managing & coaching employees )
• Achieve results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Collaborate with key customers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; resolving problems.
• Monitor financials, maintaining company KPI\'s
• Maintain a safe environment and quality service by establishing and applying organization standards, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Create schedules and staffing requirements based on priorities and ensure submission of accurate and timely payroll documents.
• Utilize work/repair orders systems and processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment,
• Monitor and manage local safety standards.
• Ability to train and educate employees
• Meet monthly and annual performance targets
• Instill proper work ethics and uphold company values
• Maintain clean and presentable facilities

Requirements:

• Experience in heavy equipment industry or T & T repair environment. Truck Trailer and Equipment experience is preferred.
• Experience working with OEM warranty process.
• Demonstrated ability to energize, empower and engage team to get results.
• Ability to deal with conflict and adversity when leading teams through change.

• Valid driver license ( able to drive T & T considered an asset )
• Dealership process and flow experience

Exceptional communication skills, suitable for communication across various levels.
