As Branch Manager, you set the tone, you drive top performance from a team of sales, parts, service, and operations; you drive local branch strategy that will fuel growth in sales, service, and overall customer satisfaction. You'll partner with management to bring bold ideas to life, while ensuring execution is sharp, efficient, and aligned with our vision for continued expansion. You will become an integral part of the FOT Management team on the 5 Year growth plan.

What You'll Do

Inspire, mentor, coach, and lead a talented team across sales, parts, service, and operations. Drive strategic planning and execution, aligning budgets and resources with growth goals. Champion new business opportunities--from market expansion to product innovation. Strengthen customer loyalty through process excellence, efficiency, and service quality. Collaborate with senior leadership to grow market share and profitability. Lead with accountability, integrity, customer commitment, and a "growth" mindset.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of proven success as a

Senior Manager

or 5+ years as a

Sales Manager

in a fast paced dealership environment. A successful track record of driving revenue, growth, and operational excellence. Strong financial acumen and comfort with data-driven decision making. An innovative, growth mindset leader who thrives in a

fast-paced, high-growth environment

. Proven ability to coach, mentor, and elevate teams to their full potential. Experience in a dealer style business, with a focus on building scalable processes and policies Experience with Excel and a CRM system (Tech-savvy) Unafraid of new ways of working Post-secondary business education or equivalent leadership experience.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
