Responsibilities

Lead and manage branch operations to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth. Foster a collaborative team environment through effective leadership and team management. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines. Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business development. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management or branch management within relevant industries.

5+ years in Agriculture or related industry

Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development. Excellent customer service orientation with effective communication skills. Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions. Proficient in developing strategic plans that align with company goals.
