We are committed to providing superior customer service to the oilfield markets of Western Canada. Apex is currently seeking a Branch Administrator for our Regina, SK Valve Service location.
We are looking for a team player with strong organizational abilities
Some duties will include:
Compiling & verifying information, calculating data and data entry
Assist with invoicing and other documents in accordance with existing processes
Courteously receiving in-bound calls, emails, and visitors.
Review, evaluate and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required.
Other duties as required
Excellent people skills, a can-do attitude and the ability to improve processes are essential.
