We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team player to support both our customers and internal teams through a mix of administrative, and customer service responsibilities. In this role, you'll help keep day-to-day operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly--while ensuring both internal staff and external customers get the support they need.

Whether you're resolving a billing question for a customer or making sure your teammates have what they need to stay on track, your role helps everyone do their job better.

What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate account support to ensure a reliable and professional experience Accept and process payments on customer accounts to help keep receivables current and reduce administrative follow-up Follow up on overdue or delinquent accounts to support cash flow and minimize credit risks Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies to maintain billing accuracy and customer trust Assist with issuing credits and re-bills, ensuring account records are clean and accurate Support outside sales staff by coordinating on customer account needs so they can stay focused and responsive Run and distribute open sales and order reports to provide timely insights to the sales team Monitor expedited and calling purchase order queues and provide assistance to meet service expectations Manage petty cash and handle bank deposits with care to support financial accuracy and daily branch operations Monitor office and warehouse supplies and place orders as needed to keep teams equipped Provide general administrative support to the branch manager and team to keep things running smoothly Help coordinate inventory cycle counts with warehouse staff to improve accuracy and inventory control Assist with coordinating internal events to foster a positive and connected team environment

What You Bring to the Team

Previous experience in a similar role and a strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail A calm, solution-oriented approach to both internal and external customer service The ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative Familiarity with basic accounting and administrative processes Excellent communication, follow-through, and accountability A team-first attitude--you're reliable, respectful, and easy to work with The ability to collaborate across departments professionally and effectively--even under pressure
